Formed in 2024 by members Daisy Miles, Davey Purdie, Craig Harkness and Kylie MacNaughton, the Glasgow based electronic outfit explore themes of love, despair and the uncertainty of the human experience. Taking inspiration from EBM, Darkwave and Electro-Pop, Mercy Girl invokes both the solace of a dark empty highway, and the surrender of a neon-hazed dancefloor. They will be bringing along their latest album Punisher. MOTHERMARY makes retro-futuristic Art Pop that refuses to behave. Named after the mother of Christ — the ultimate symbol of religious hypocrisy and the impossible expectations placed on women — the project is the brainchild of identical twins Elyse & Larena, who grew up in a strict Mormon family in Missoula, Montana, the youngest of nearly a dozen children. "It was our world... our paradigm," Larena says about those days. "We were brainwashed"
